Our core activity is the transformation of granite blocks into slabs and cut-to-size and its supply to our worldwide clients. CUT-TO-SIZE PROCESS

The sawing process is the first step in our production process. Once the blocks are received at the factory, we perform a first quality inspection. During this procedure, the latest technology is combined to the high-level experience of our specialists.

Finishing process

CKP is able to supply granite in any of the following finishes: polished, honed, leather, brushed, gritted and flamed.
Our modern Italian-made polishing lines allow us to provide the best finishes, usually used for indoors (countertops, interior flooring & stairs …).
We also have rustic finishes thanks to a new line recently installed.
Also, in order to provide a higher variety in rustic finishes, we use other technologies and equipment such as gritting.

Container loading

CKP maintains the higher standards of quality throughout all the productive process, from the purchasing of the blocks to the delivery to our clients.
For container shipments, we pack our material in custom-made wooden bundles (the slabs being protected by individual plastic covers).
For our truck shipments, we keep on using the traditional system of iron-made trestles, protected by wooden stands and the overall being anchored with chains and tensors.
